Here in San Diego we launched the historic, first of its kind, Regional Associate Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha in the fall semester of 2021. This allows the brotherhood to recruit members from multiple college campuses in the San Diego area, such as San Diego State University, University of San Diego, Mesa College, and Grossmont College. Today we have a membership of about 90 from multiple campuses.

We seek men of strong character and integrity to join our brotherhood; those that are committed to live by a core set of values and principles. The principle for how we recruit and bring members into our brotherhood is exemplified by the open motto on our Coat of Arms, “Vir Quisque Vir”, translated from Latin to mean: “Every Man, a Man.” The common denominator is character.
